New Chemistry Laboratory Opened in Paracin Thanks to the Support of Gazprom Neft, NIS and Novak Djokovic Foundation

The chemistry laboratory in Paracin is the sixth laboratory opened as per this project NIS and Gazprom Neft companies and Novak Djokovic Foundation with which they cooperate are initiators of the project of renovation of school laboratories damaged in the last year's floods in Serbia. The chemistry laboratory in Paracin is the sixth laboratory opened as per this project. Laboratories in schools in the municipalities of Obrenovac, Petrovac na Mlavi, Ub, Lazarevac and Svilajnac have been opened so far, and by the end of the year four new laboratories will be opened, one per each of the following places: Krupanj, Smederevska Palanka, Valjevo and Sabac, thus making the total of ten. Some of the funds for the reconstruction of the chemistry laboratory in the Technological School in Paracin have been provided by the Trade Union of NIS. "The mutual objective of Gazprom Neft and NIS, as well as of Novak Djokovic Foundation is to invest in education in order to give the opportunity to the young people to improve themselves in a qualitative and perspective manner, as defined in our "Future at Work" slogan", said Mr Goran Takic, the President of the Trade Union on the occasion of laboratory opening. Gazprom Neft and NIS and the employees of these companies have collected funds in the amount of 30 million RSD in order to show their solidarity with the inhabitants of the areas devastated by floods. The collected funds have been used for the reconstruction of school laboratories.
