Management Systems and Certificates

Our certified management systems guarantee that our processes comply with standards.

The integrated management system (IMS) has been established and certified within the Company, under which the following systems operate:

  • Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015;
  • Environmental Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015;
  • Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018;
  • Energy Management System in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO 50001:2018;
  • Asset Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 55001:2014, with the scope of application on technological equipment;
  • Food Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO 22000:2018;
  • Road Traffic Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 39001:2012;

Through its implementation, the set objectives are being successfully achieved. The level of commitment of all employees to the application and improvement of the IMS is very high.
The ISO 9001 management system also incorporates additional specific requirements, such as the CE mark for road and polymer-modified bitumen (ISO 14023, ISO 12591), quality assurance in the production, storage, and distribution of aviation fuel (EI JIG 1530), a sustainability certificate for biofuels in accordance with the ISCC EU standard with the status of “Trader with Storage,” laboratory accreditation (ISO 17025), accreditation of a Type C inspection body (ISO 17020), quality requirements for welding (EN ISO 3834), and the use of equipment in potentially explosive atmospheres – Ex protection (EN 60079-19).

The company regularly collects and analyses data and information to demonstrate the suitability and effectiveness of the integrated management system, assess opportunities for continuous improvement, and evaluate the impact of measures implemented as a part of the ongoing process to enhance the system’s effectiveness.

Business process efficiency improvement within the company is carried out, among other methods, through the application of Lean Six Sigma tools, which focus on enhancing the performance of observed business processes. Continuous improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the integrated management system is one of our company’s key objectives.
