The Board of Directors also passed the Resolution on the 7th Annual Meeting of the Shareholders' Assembly and drafted resolutions of the Shareholders' Assembly of NIS, including the Draft Resolution on Profit Distribution and Dividend Payment to NIS' Shareholders based on 2014 business performance. The Shareholders' Assembly Resolutions drafted by the Board of Directors, including the Draft Resolution on the Adoption of the 2014 Annual Report and the Draft Resolution on Dividend Payment and Profit Distribution, will be reviewed by NIS’ Shareholders' Assembly on 23 June 2015.
