NIS Organises International HR Conference

The theme of this year's inventively designed gathering that will be held on March 15 in the Business Center of the NIS Company in Belgrade will be "War for Stars". At the conference, local and international experts in the field of human resources management will have the opportunity to hear presentations on the topic of contemporary global trends, with an emphasis on ways and tools for attracting and retaining talents. This is the fourth consecutive year that NIS is organizing a conference on remunerations and benefits with the aim of contributing to the development of the HR community and sharing the best world practice, experience and knowledge. HR experts from renowned international companies will speak about ways to retain the best employees in the modern business environment and attract the most attractive personnel from the labor market. Among them are Oana Datki from C-team, Caralyn Cooley from Nordeus, Alan Zepec from LQ , Marina Petrusevski, representative of Advance International. Also, the lectures will be held by Karina Khudenko from PWC and Alexander Kosobokov from EPSI. During the event, three panels will be held to discuss trends in the labor market, as well as the specificities of the Serbian market in that area. The conference will run from 8:45 to 17:00 hours in the Belgrade Business Center of NIS Company (Ulica Milentija Popovića 1), and more than 120 lecturers and guests from local and international companies operating on our market are expected to participate. The official language of the conference is English, and the number of participants is limited.
