For the 45th time Belgrade will be the capital of children where pupils of Belgrade primary schools host in their homes peers from 18 European countries. For 6 years now NIS has been supporting JOY OF EUROPE, manifestation well known for its long traditions, quality and significance it has for Belgrade and Serbia.
For 6 years now NIS has been supporting JOY OF EUROPE, manifestation well known for its long traditions, quality and significance it has for Belgrade and Serbia.The festival was opened by a parade of participants, followed by Orchestra of Ministry of Interior of Republic of Serbia, majorettes of Pancevo and clown Marko Ilic with children from Home for Children without Parent Care “Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj”. This year manifestation will include concerts “Meetings of Friendship”, sporting and recreation activities, and also a reception by the President of Serbia. The participants will be given an opportunity to show their skills in music, acting and dancing at the final concert, to be held in Sava Center. As each year, medals will be awarded to the best participants who submitted their paintings to an art contests.
